The wine has a light straw hue but is overall very clear. The aromas are sweet and subtle, some nice peach and stone fruit combine with melon. The flavors continue to evolve as the wine opens up. Easy drinking white that will age well for 5 or 6 years.

Vineyard Notes
2023 was a unique vintage. We started the season late as a cool spring led to delayed bud break and flowering. The early season was several weeks behind and it looked like it might be a challenging vintage. Lucky for us the summer quickly warmed up and provided us with our second warmest season on record. The steady heat allowed us to catch up and start harvest in early September. The white wines had great flavors, ample acidity and perfect ripeness.
Winemaker Notes
I’m pretty excited about our 2nd release of Coyote White. Last year the combination was delicious, unfortunately we didn’t make any Sauvignon Blanc this year so I had to change the blend. Marti has always wanted an Albarino blended wine and this year it worked out. This is heavy on the Albarion but the Roussanne and Viognier really change the profile. This wine has a lot of character and can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of foods.
