Winemaker Notes
We machined harvested these grapes with our amazing Pelanc Harvester and delivered them to the winery for fermentation. The color and aromas are spot on, dense and flavorful. The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels. The result is a mix of lively fruit characteristics and some great toasty barrel notes.
