Winemaker Notes
Roussanne has been one of my favorite wines to make since starting to work at Coyote Canyon. I have always enjoyed Roussanne and after working with it for a few years really appreciate how clean and smoothly this wine ferments. The wine is made in 100% stainless steel to highlight the fruit aspect of the varietal. A little Viognier was blended in to add a little flavor and complexity to the finished wine.
