This is a fun wine to make and drink. The Syrah brings bright fruit aromas and flavors to the wine and adds a silty smooth component to the finish. The Grenache has great acidity and a bright characteristic that brings great balance to the wine. The Mourvèdre adds nice peppery and earth notes that complement the wine while adding depth and complexity. This wine should age nicely for 7-10 years but is made to drink young. The richness of the wine makes it drink great on its own while the earthy components pair nicely with grilled meats
Food Pairing Notes
Pair nicely with grilled meats.
