Aromas of strawberry, cherry pie and cola can be found in this wine. Flavors of raspberry and black pepper along with layers of chocolate covered ginger are some of the flavors one can taste. Medium bodied the wine is flavorful with velvet tannins giving it a nice long finish.

Winemaker Notes
This is a fun wine to make and drink. The Syrah brings bright fruit aromas and flavors to the wine while the Mourvèdre adds a peppery component. The Grenache helps keep things light and bright while adding some nice acidity to the mix. This wine should age nicely for 7-10 years. Pairs great with carne asada hot off the grill.
